The Challenge
IMI Precision Engineering relied on EFACS, an older ERP system, to manage their CRM and sales pipeline. While EFACS handled core operations, it was not designed for modern reporting or ease of use, making it difficult for teams to get a clear, up-to-date view of pipeline performance.
To work around this, the team consolidated data into Excel, but reporting still required manual pivoting, filtering, and formatting.
This made it time-consuming to produce clear pipeline reports, especially when preparing updates for internal stakeholders. It also introduced inconsistency, as different users would interpret and present the data in different ways.

The team needed a simple way to visualise their sales pipeline without manual data manipulation. The system needed to generate clear, interactive reports quickly and be accessible across locations.
It also needed to allow users to explore pipeline data in more detail and share insights easily with the wider team.
The Solution
We built a web-based reporting tool that integrates with EFACS and generates a real-time visual sales funnel.
The funnel provides a clear view of pipeline stages, including quotes, proposals, orders, production, and completion. Users can click into each stage to view underlying project data and identify bottlenecks.
The system also supports filtering and exporting, allowing users to analyse data and create reports without manual processing.
